Pagano in his book Healing Psoriasis -The Natural Alternative.Using it, along with Saffron Tea as outlined in his book [which includes avoiding pizza, alcoholic drinks, carbonated drinks, eggplant, deep fried foods, non low-fat dairy products, paprika, peppers, red meats, tomatoes, white potatoes and not mixing grains & citrus ] seems to make a big difference for me.I'm not free from psoriasis altogether, however, my hands used to have as many as ten lesions at one time for the past forty years but now I cope with an occassional one or two and that seems to be when I waver on the diet restrictions noted above.

(More customer reviews)I have psoriatic arthritis and have dealt with psoriatic plaque and rashes on my body for a number of years.I see a dermatologist for treatment and have been given numerous ointments to try to get it all under control.At last count I had over half a dozen ointments to use..."Use this one in the morning on M-F, Use this one in the afternoon...use this other one on weekends in the morning, and this other one in the afternoon....Use this one here and use this one there....and use this one when things get REALLY bad..."Quite a complicated set of instructions.The truth of the matter is, all of these ointments didn't give me relief or clear my rashes...sure, sometimes the psoriatic plaque would flake away to an extent but it would come right back.I remember the dermatologist telling me we would NEVER get the rashes and plaque to go away completely...the goal was to just try and keep them under control....I knew I had to try SOMETHING...I was frustrated...tired of dealing with the rashes, flaking, etc..., as many with psoriasis do, I would cover my plaque/rashes so as to not draw attention to them.When people would see my knees they would ask what was wrong with them....

I use a couple of other Himalaya Care products and came across Derma Care while ordering another product...I thought it would be worth a try so I bought a bottle and then another bottle the following month.

Well...about a month and a half to two months later, I noticed the plaque was going away and nagging rashes I've dealt with for years were disappearing....I took an accounting to determine what I had changed and the only thing I had changed was that I started using DermaCare (and had actually stopped using all of the ointments).

I've been on this product for about six months now and have NO visible psoriatic plaque and NO psoriatic rashes.Based upon what my dermatologist had told me I never thought I'd get here...I guess I would never get here using all the ointments, etc...but they didn't know about DermaCare.I intend to take a bottle to show my Doctor next time I visit.

Bottom line...this is a fantastic product which has worked well for me.It has removed a major frustration from my life...the incessant rashes, plaque and itching which are a part of the life of someone with psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis.

Note that I did read on some online reviews that it takes a couple of months for it to start working and I found this to be the case for me...I did not see results for about a month and a half.So if you try it, don't give up after a month...give it a little time.

So if you deal with psoriais or skin issues I would highly recommend you give DermaCare a try.It may not work as well for you as it did for me but at just over $10 a bottle (BuyHerbs @ Amazon seems to have the best price I've found) it is worth giving a try.

(More customer reviews)A few months ago I developed rosacea. I never had acne in my youth, though I did suffer from psoriasis in my early thirties, until I found a remedy usingnatural herbs and vitamins. I wanted to find something similar for rosacea, if possible.

I Googled some term words looking for an answer. I noticed quite a few posts from people swearing by this "SeaBuckthorn" stuff. I'm not one to easily part with cash and $26 (after shipping) seemed like a lot of money to risk for something I never heard of - and what is SeaBuckthorn, anyway? I still don't know. When you're desperate, however, you'll try almost anything. The only place I could find it was on Amazon. I usually buy my supplements from Puritan's Pride, but they didn't carry it.

I now see that Amazon has found another business, which wasn't listed when I ordered it, who carries the same product for about $5 bucks less than I paid. No bad words for Tao, who I bought it from, as their service was excellent, but $18, from ABC Wholesale is more than 20% less than $23, from Tao.

The oil arrived quickly and I wasted no time. It has an orange color and I immediately wondered if my nose and cheek area would remain that color. It doesn't. The oil washes off with water and a little soap - no scrubbing needed. Though I don't sleep with it on, because of it transferring to the linen, it does not permanently stain fabric. It would be nice if it were colorless, though.

I also thought the size supplied wouldn't be enough. It is a small bottle, about 3 inches high, but I've been using it for 2 weeks now and haven't put a dent in it. One drop is enough to cover my nose and surrounding area.

I saw results 24 hours after my first application, having left it on while I was at home all day. I thought it was wishful thinking, but my child verified that the redness had subsided. In a week the rosacea was greatly improved and now, at 2 weeks into use, it is reduced to looking like a few bumps on my nose - which is much more acceptable compared to how it had looked. I'm hoping that eventually all signs of the rosacea will be gone.

Bottom line: Yes, it works, and was worth every penny. It may become the next great discovery for skin remedies, following in the footsteps of Flaxseed Oil relieving psoriasis.
