I bought this shampoo after reading the ingredients label at Whole Foods. To have Aloe as the 2nd ingredient is a huge plus for me.Initially I was not a big fan of the smell (it smells almost like caramel) but after using it a couple times, I cannot get enough of it!I leave it on my hair longer just so I can keep smelling the wonderful scent.Leaving it on longer has made my scalp more healthy. It took me a month to notice, but I have been itching much less than I used to.

It doesn't lather as much as the standard shampoos, but it lathers enough to make you feel clean. And I still use a conditioner in addition to this because my hair is thick and dry.

It is pricey, but you are paying for a safe, effective, luxurious eco-friendly product.I HIGHLY recommend this shampoo!I RARELY repurchase expensive products and fall back to the drugstore brands, but this time I will!
