(More customer reviews)A very good and soothing cream.I use it as a moisturizer for my face, I have mild rosacea and this helps.Being from the Hawaiian Islands, I believe in the medicinal qualities of the kukui nut along with the macadamia nut oil also.It is a light, non greasy cream and has a nice subtle scent.

(More customer reviews)This is great!When I was in Hawaii, I used a hotel wash cloth on my face.My skin became so irritated, I broke out in hives on one side of my face... that eventually formed into tiny scabs.My skin burned!I didn't know what to do so I went to the store hoping to find some type of anti-inflammatory cream.I saw this at a display case.I was curious, so I read the back for more details.I figured, "Hey, why not?"For a few days, I would just lightly apply it after I washed my face.The scabs went away pretty quickly.I stopped using it.I returned home to cold New England and I started getting acne pimples all over.This isn't anything new for me.I have been battling acne since I was a teenager.The combination of the topical acne meds and the dry winter weather made it difficult to even smile.My skin felt like sandpaper.Then, I tried something.I washed with my normal cleanser (Origins Checks and Balances).I dried my face and then I applied the kukui oil.I massaged it in for a good minute or two.I washed it off with a very very mild lotion cleanser (Aveda All-Sensitive Cleanser).It took just the right amount of oil off and left the the right amount on.Not too oily for my acne, but not too dry for the rest of my skin.My face has cleared COMPLETELY.I have continued to use this method and I am very happy with the results.Who would have thought acne could be reduced by using an oil product?
