This cream is a lifesaver.Triple Paste, along with original A+D Ointment, are all you need at your changing table.I use original A+D Ointment at bedtime as a preventative and Triple Paste if a rash actually develops.If Triple Paste doesn't clear it up, there's probably yeast present and you'll need to consult your doctor.
