It's so concentrated even with my long hair, only a tiny bit is plenty, so you get your money's worth. I do like the conditioner more & conditioner really softens my hair more then this shampoo.
Within 2 uses, my hair felt softer & a little shinier. After now THREE MONTHS, my hair is very soft, very shinny, supple/soft more then it's EVER been since I was a kid. My hair looks perfect for a hair care commercial. Yes, it's flatter, but used to be white person's afro from all the frizziness. It's nowhere near flat iron flat & my natural curls still have body. I'm not sure if this shampoo is a little drying, but I definitely love the conditioner. Don't expect added volume, just curl definition/smoother.
